Places to travel after Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The best places to travel in 2020 & beyond

We here at Lilac & Co are not only candle company, we are human. So, like every human, we have desires, and our biggest one is our desire to travel.
So, we've put together a quick, and easy to read post with places we want to visit after the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Call us day dreamers, we can take it!
1. The Greek Islands - Greece
How can you go past Greece? The crystal clear. blue waters, the amazing beaches (Usually deserted), the amazing gyros and the even better salads. If we could express our excitement for this, it would definitely be the heart-eye emoji. If you've never been to Greece before, check out Nomadic Matt's epic Greece travel guide here

2. Amalfi Coast - Italy
Okay, so we know this may take a while to get to, looking at all the cases and deaths in the country, but, it's definitely a place we'd love to travel back to, especially in summer. Imagine, sipping on Aperol Spritz, endless slices of delicious pizza and the most amazing, hand-made Gelato in the world. You cannot beat it. There is also something about wondering around the cobblestone streets, getting lost and embracing the local cultures.

3. London - England
We also know this will be off the cards for while, seeing the amount of cases and deaths in the whole of England, but we can still put it on the list. With a perfect mix of adventure and culture, London is the perfect starting point for a european summer. Start your trip off giving your taste buds a workout, and then hop on the hop-on-hop-off bus and get yourself around the bustling city, checking out some museums, or checking out some of the quirky local bars & pubs. Get yourself to a broadway show, and do not forget to get to Covent Garden. What else can we say?

4. New Zealand
That's right, our neighbours in the sea, our Maori brother's and sisters. Take a trip from Australia, and head over to New Zealand. After the New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced earlier last week that they are now completely COVID-19 free, it would be the perfect excuse to head over there. New Zealand have also regularly been named the adventure capital of the world, with Bungee jumping high on every tourists list.
